Discover Health Global Initiative (DHGI) is a nonprofit that seeks to promote and empower today’s communities’ to have access to healthy living by undertaking the most pressing global health challenges. DHGI believe all people, irrespective of who they are, what resources they have, and where they live, should have access to quality healthy living.
DHGI attempts to make this vision a certainty by establishing the capacity of health advocacy through short-term education, research, agents for disease prevention, health promotion, program implementation for long-term healthy environment and lifestyle solutions. DHGI is evolving as a humble, grassroots’ effort to directly support community based globally.
Discover Health Global Initiative (DHGI) seeks to promote and empower today’s communities’ to have access to healthy living by undertaking the most pressing global health challenges. To achieve this goal, DHGI sends public health professionals service teams to support the work of international partner organizations and links financial, medical, and human resources to community based health and improvement projects.
Through DHGI work, we endeavor to empower volunteers and supporters to motivate the fight for global health equity and delivery towards achieving the promise of a healthy future – one community at a time.
